My Cultural Influences

These people have influenced me through social media. Some of them have taught me about some of the problems within Latinidad and encouraged me unpack my whiteness and to look at the ways I interact with my culture more critically. Others have further informed my understanding of what it means to be an ally and to truly value social justice. All of them have helped me grow into the person I am becoming in one way or another. The culture I continue to create would not exist without the work that they do.
